When you book, you will be invited to share what you have been experiencing, why you feel called to the session, and what you would like support with.
STEP 2 – I LISTEN TO YOUR ENERGETIC SYSTEM
Your session is completed remotely, without you needing to attend live. I use the Spiritual section of the Healing Remembered™ app together with Quantum Healing to identify the spiritual and energetic imbalances that are the highest priority to address.
STEP 3 – WE WORK WITH WHAT IS READY
I follow what your energetic system reveals, releasing and restoring only what is indicated and appropriate for you at the time of the session.
STEP 4 – YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL SUMMARY
Afterward, you will receive an email summary outlining the key areas addressed during your session.

Why I created Timeline Restoration Sessions
I created Timeline Restoration Sessions for the times when you can feel that something has changed within you, even though you may not yet have the language to explain it.
Periods of awakening, transition, and profound inner change can feel disorienting. You may know that an old way of living no longer fits, while still feeling uncertain about what is trying to emerge.
I wanted to offer a focused way of supporting people through these in-between times – one that does not require you to understand timelines, diagnose your own energetic imbalances, or know exactly what kind of healing you need.
This work allows your energetic system to show us what is ready to be addressed now, while also honoring your individual timing, readiness, and path.
My intention is to help you release what no longer supports you, embody more of who you truly are, and move into your next chapter with greater clarity, trust, and alignment.
Meet Kate
My own journey into energy healing began after I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2014. That experience changed the direction of my life and led me to explore the deeper relationship between the subconscious mind, emotions, energy, the body, and our spiritual wellbeing.
I am the creator of the Healing Remembered™ app and certification program, Belief Breakthrough™, and the Quantum Healer™ Certification – healing systems and practitioner trainings designed to help people reconnect with their innate healing abilities and support others in doing the same.
I am also a trauma-informed coach and certified Emotion Code® and Body Code® practitioner. My work brings together energy healing, subconscious pattern work, somatic awareness, intuitive guidance, and spiritual exploration to support each person as a whole.
Timeline Restoration Sessions bring together the spiritual work within Healing Remembered™ and Quantum Healing to offer focused support during periods of awakening, transition, and change.
My role is not to tell you who you are or decide which path you should take. It is to listen deeply to what your energetic system reveals and assist you in reconnecting with your own wisdom, truth, and highest path forward.

Every six months or as needed
Many people choose to receive a session every six months as part of their ongoing spiritual wellbeing. You may also book whenever you feel called, are moving through a significant transition, or sense that additional energetic support would be beneficial.
You do not need to understand everything before you begin
You may simply know that something is changing.
You may feel that you have outgrown an old version of yourself but cannot yet see the way forward.
Or you may feel drawn to this work without being able to explain why.
That is enough.
